Commercial projects:
 


Coronado State Monument Painted Kiva Emergency Roof Repair (ca. 1300) - replace vigas, latillas, frame roof – owned by New Mexico State Monuments. 

Casa San Ysidro (ca. 1870) - reconstruct historic portale to accommodate growth of encircled tree – owned by City of Albuquerque.




Geronimo Restaurant (1756) - restore historic window facing Canyon Road, in compliance with City of Santa Fe Historic Review Board requirements.

Old Santa Fe Trail Building Seismic Evaluation (1939) - controlled destructive testing and assessment – owned by National Park Service.   

Residential projects:


Anita Leon residence at Santa Ana de Tamayá - complete restoration of an early-20th-century home at the restricted village of Tamayá that was slated for demolition by engineers.

St. Francis Drive at Hickox Street – window restoration and interior finishes. 


Placita Rafaela – adobe and structural repair and interceptor drain installation.

Rael Street – replicate existing historic portale.
